On April 4, 2016 the Second Competition of Knowledge on Economy and Finance was concluded. It was organized by the Faculty of Economic Sciences of WULS-SGGW, together with the Centre for Banking Law and Information (Programme NZB). The Student Scientific Society “Finance and Economy” (knfinanseigospodarka.sggw.pl)  was partly responsible for organization and promotion of the event. The program of the competition included basic knowledge of three thematic blocks: The financial system, Macroeconomics and Finance of enterprises and households. In the competition attended 150 full- and part-time students of WULS-SGGW and other universities.

The first prize – a bike “Rockrider 340 B`twin” sponsored by Decathlon took Dawid Bródka. The second prize – a training course sponsored by the Faculty of Economic Sciences WULS-SGGW won Michał Tuszyński. The third and fourth prizes – sports equipment donated by Decathlon were won by: Maciej Pawlowski and Sylwia Serwach.

Dean of the Faculty – Dr. Jarosław Gołębiewski, prof. WULS-SGGW and Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Competition – Dr. Sylwester Kozak congratulated the winners, thanked the sponsor for the awards and all students for their commitment and invited them to participate in the next edition of the contest.
